New Hope Housing Dale Carnegie provides affordable and supportive housing to individuals living independently on extremely limited incomes.

The certified LEED Gold property is comprised of 170 fully furnished micro apartment units for residents, ranging in size from 280 to 360 square feet. The building was intricately designed for the property’s unique, trapezoid-shaped, two-acre tract of land in the Sharpstown Neighborhood. A circular staircase provides a core for the architectural elements, while the building’s public spaces and residential units are wrapped around a triangular outdoor courtyard. This courtyard provides generous green areas, ample seating and an inviting space to encourage communal gathering.
