ROOST Detroit marks the city’s first high-design extended-stay hotel, featuring 117 beautifully furnished apartments for both short- and long-term stays.

Located in the restored Book Tower building, ROOST Detroit was designed by award-winning NY-based architecture firm ODA, with the hotel’s interiors designed in collaboration between Morris Adjmi Architects and Method Studios, Method Co.’s in-house design firm. Blending the comfort and practicality of apartment living with the amenities of a boutique, each of the accommodations feature full-sized kitchens and modern stainless-steel appliances, hardwood herringbone oak flooring, quartz countertops, and curated furnishings from Old New House, Menu, GUBI, &Tradition, Carl Hansen, and more.
